Boxfit808 is place where people come to get fit using a
real
boxers' workout. We help men, women, boys and girls
achieve
their fitness goals. We train in a safe, clean, motivating
environment.
Competitive boxing/sparring is not necessary, but if you
choose
to compete, we also offer competitive boxing training.

We teach Boxing from beginners level to competition
level.

Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 4:30pm to
6:00 pm for children 5 to 12 years of age. Monday,
Tuesday,
Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm for 13years old and
older.
Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm is a high cardio circus
training for all classes combined. Friday from 4-8pm

Coach Jen has been in the boxing world since 1999 and has
been an
active member of the Hawaii boxing community since 2008. She
is an
AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and USA Boxing Level 1
Coach.
She volunteers as the strength & conditioning coach for
Kawano
Boxing Club in Kalihi and promotes the sport of boxing by
incorporating
it in her personal training clients' fitness plans. As a USA
Boxing Official
she referees and judge amateur boxing matches both locally
and on the
mainland. She is also the Registration Chairman for Amateur
Boxing in
Hawaii. One of the main goals of her business, Get Fit
Boxing, is to
promote boxing for fitness, sport, and fun!
Family oriented with competitive and non-competitive
programs.
Ages 6 & up.
Boxing training is a great way to learn a defensive skill
and manage
your weight and stress. The Hawaii Boxing Academy now has
both
group and individual boxing classes for beginners to
advanced. Learn
the 'sweet science without the street violence'. Training
sessions are
on Mondays and Wednesdays, or Tuesdays and Thursdays,
from
3 to 6 pm. Private lessons are available by appointment on
Fri., Sat.
and Sun. All ages welcome. For more information or to
