Frederick Fight Club
Frederick Fight Club is a 10,600 square foot
state-of-the-art Boxing and Mixed Martial Art

Upton Boxing Center
Formerly a recreation center, the facility has housed the
Dept. of Recreation and Parks' boxing program for over seven years.
Recently renovated, the facility features a boxing ring, punching bags,
heavy bags, full-weights and shower rooms. Boxers participate in
local, regional and national championships. A variety of other activities
offered to youth include aerobics, kickboxing and modern dance.
Children ages 5-12 can participate in an after-school program and
use the computer lab.
