Hadley's Boxing Fitness is offering classes to men,

Monday-Friday 12pm - 8pm
Train with the professionals in boxing and kickboxing
for physical fitness and recreational fun. Opened in
1995
by retired pro fighter and USA Boxing Coach Frank Wood.
Knockout Fitness offers a fully equipped 3,000 square
foot
facility located in downtown Nashville. Some of boxings'
greats have trained at Knockout Fitness including Felix
Trindad and Oliver McCall.
