FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING: In this class you will learn the right way to throw a punch, the different combinations and foot work. A new 4-week session starts the first Monday of the month 7:00-8:30pm. TECHNIQUES FOR BOXING: Apply what you learned in the fundamentals class, refine your technique and learn the boxers workout. A new 4-wk session starts the first Thursday of the month 6:30-7:30pm. ADVANCED & COMPETITION SPARRING: After you have mastered the techniques and boxers workout join us for advanced boxing and competition sparring on Monday & Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm.
