Bantam Boxing now trains at 88 Malletts Bay Avenue in Winooski Vermont in a recently set up 1,250 square foot gym. We have 4 heavy bags, 4 speed bags, two double end bags, treadmills, assorted cardio, weight systems, and plenty of room for jump roping and shadow boxing. We have recently installed a brand new USA Boxing Competition approved 16 foot floor ring. Currently, hours of operation with supervised coaching/training is from 4:00pm to 8pm Monday thru Friday, and noon to 6pm on Saturday.

Although very informal we are a well known club competing respectfully all over New England and have traveled as far as Pennsylvania and Texas for National Tournaments. Trainer Billy Lefebvre is a former Amateur Athletic Union, Vermont and New England Golden Gloves Champion and PRO. Three time winner of the Manager/Trainer of the Year Award for the Vermont Golden Gloves region which includes Canada, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

$50 monthly OR $15 weekly OR $6 daily INCLUDES semi-personal training with NO Contracts, NO one time sign up fee's and NO Monthly Electronic Funds Transfer! Personal one-on-one training is also available by appointment for $10 hourly if desired. Boxing lessons do not require an extensive up front output of dollars and you can get started with a $10 pair of authentic Mexican style handwraps and a $2 mouthpiece, which I have on hand.

WE are interested in expanding into Tae Bo classes and are waiting to hear from YOU if YOU are interested!!! The name Tae Bo is a portmanteau of Tae Kwon Do and Boxing. Tae Bo includes aerobic exercises, strengthening all muscles of the body with basic choreography and alot of strength. The high-intensity workout has been shown to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Class sizes, dates, times and cost are still to be determined.
