Owner / head trainer Ike Stafford founded Budo-Kai gym in
1974. He started professional kickboxing in 1978 and was
ranked in the top 10 in the world, with several fights being
televised on ESPN, ABC Wide World of Sports, and Japanese
television.
- Mr. Stafford founded Fight Game Productions in 1983
promoting world class professional boxing and
kickboxing.
-Mr. Stafford has trained and managed several world
champions, and currently trains the current NABF Women's
Featherweight champion Jeri "Fists of Fury" Sitzes, and
veteran contender Oscar Martinez. Mr. Stafford has taken
fighters to compete in such countries as Australia, Belarus,
Canada, Denmark, Germany, Japan (over 60 times),
Newfoundland, and Puerto Rico.
