square foot training facility has everything
an individual will need to aspire to any
fitness level they would like to get to. Two
Professional Boxing rings, heavy bags, double
end bags, timers, scales, gear, full array of
free weight equipment, 17 piece nautilus
circuit, locker-rooms, and sauna. Coliseum
Fitness and Spa has what you have always
wanted, a full blown health club, with a full
blown boxing focus. We have 15 professional
boxers and over 40 amateurs.
