Classes consist of: Skipping, Boxing Fitness & Strength Training, Lots of Boxing Specific Drills, Bag Work, Pad Work, Footwork, Shadow Boxing etc. Get fit and learn to protect yourself! Boxing & Self Defence Classes The training is for Ladies & Men wanting to learn the art of Boxing and increase fitness. Sparring is optional and although we will push you to a new high level, we will not force you to do anything if you are not ready.
