First Round Knockout welcomes you to the most extensive one on one training anywhere. We are unique to the sport of boxing due to the fact our specialty is that we bring the training to you. Our approach is to teach the fine art of boxing in a non contact way and we do this in the privacy of your own home or yard. Take your skills to any level that you desire, whether it be for fitness and fun or to become the next world champion. Avoid getting overlooked that a regular gym atmosphere sometimes creates due to the large amount of fighters working out at the same time. First Round Knockout provides you and only you with the necessary attention to avoid developing bad training habits and becoming just another fighter going nowhere. These training programs are designed for male and female from ages 10 to ??. Costs are minimal and we do provide couples and group rates.
