Mission Statement:

Our goal is to provide the community with a safe and healthy environment to learn the art of boxing. We are a drug and alcohol free establishment. We emphasize the importance of team work, good sportsmanship, and fair play. We encourage the members to improve mentally, spiritually and physically to be an all around better person and athlete. Boxers will develop self esteem and self confidence from learning this form of self defense. We encourage individuals and families to lead healthier lifestyles and assist them in reaching their goals. We strive to touch the lives of as many individuals as possible with the positive benefits of boxing. By following our one of a kind program, members will improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power and agility. They will increase muscle mass and decrease body fat by adhering to our special exercise and healthy eating programs. We adhere to a code which consists of the importance of respect, honor, dignity and courage.
