Boxers are considered by the International Olympic Committee to be the best conditioned athletes in the world. Boxing increases your speed, Agility, Strength, Coordination, Cardiovascular and Fitness levels. Boxing is used by MMAs Fighters, KIckboxers, K1 fighters and others to enhance their fighting skills. Boxing builds up confidence and self esteem. Unlimited classes for paying members. We have classes Monday through Friday at 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. There is a Free class every 1st Saturday of every month at 1:00 PM. Personal Training and Small Group Training is available. The cost is $60.00 per month and $99.00 for non members. Class consist of Calisthenics, Aerobics and Plymetric exercises. Instructional Training, Rope, Shadowboxing, Heavy Bag Training, Mitt Work and more. Coach Joe Rodriguez has been in boxing for 53 years 312 amateur fights, Coached the 3rd Div boxing team in Germany (Army), referee and judge fights, Trained five Professional boxers from Chico, Ca. and owned Chico Boxing for Fitness. Coach Josh Tyner was an Amateur boxer and was a Boxing Coach for 4 Years at Chico Boxing for Fitness. Try it for free the first day. MONDAY 7:30 PM to 9:00
