Our personal trainers give one on one instruction in boxing for fitness needs. Weight training and nutritional advice may also be incorporated in the personalized fitness program that will be designed specifically for you. Our boxing programs are designed on an individual basis to fit your needs. Clients range from all ages and genders. We work with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Boxing gives children the self confidence and self assurance they need not only to become well rounded adults, but it provides them with the building blocks to continue on with a healthy, productive lifestyle. Boxing conditions all athletes no matter what type of sport they are competing in. Seniors also benefit from a boxing workout. Getting more active brings higher amounts of energy and a more enjoyable lifestyle. Let Advanced Fitness and Boxing better your life. Cardio Boxing and Training offers one on one boxing lessons. Lessons are 45 min to 1hr long and will consist of boxing techniques. If interested in any weight training we personalize the lesson to include personal training as well.
