Our gym is currently open for athletes at any fitness level, or age, or any amateur and professional boxers. For the summer we are open Monday thru Friday at 5:00 - 8:00pm. In Sept we will open at 3:00 - 8:00 and we open at Noon on Saturday. We also have our key club memberships. Gym dues are 40.00 per month and no contracts. The gym is owned and operated by two time Trainer Of The Year and 2010 Florida Boxing Hall Of Fame Inductee Dan Birmingham along with Former World Champ Winky Wright and Andy Lockhart.
