Southeast Texas Police Activities League, Inc. was founded as Beaumont Police Department Activities League in May 1994. It is a 501 C (3) non-profit charitable organization established to combat juvenile crime by the development of positive adult mentor relationships with at-risk youth.

The P.A.L. Boxing Program provides athletic, recreational, cultural and educational services to young men and women throughout the Southeast Texas region in a year round sponsored program.

To date our boxers have achieved 8 national boxing championships in National Jr Golden Gloves, National Silver Gloves, Jr Olympics competion. PAL Boxing has also placed two boxers on the USA Boxing Team delegations to Buenues Aires, Argentena and Istanbul, Turkey.

In 2006, we moved into our new 23,000 square foot Joe Louis Arena Complex which will also house a skateboard park, gymnastics and fitness center and full service dining area.
