I am the owner, operator, and trainer of this gym. I provide one-on-one instruction for each and every member. The club is set up for and designed to accommadate those that want to box, fight in MMA matches or for those individuals who just want to get in the best shape of their lives. The club is open to every man, women and child from the ages of 6 to 100. Come get the workout of your life.
