THE GYM

A large facility featuring a boxing ring & a wrestling ring, dozens of heavy bags, double-end bags,speed bags, all types of weight training equipment., cables, treadmills, resistance machines, etc. We sell equipment for wrestling martial arts, boxing and weightlifting. A tanning bed is provided for members. We have a separate arena for televised Pro-Wrestling, Freestyle competition, and amateur boxing shows. Also, on staff are personal weight trainers, expert martial arts instructors in numerous styles. A pro-wrestling school. Several different boxing programs to cater to the diverse interests and schedules. "THE GYM" is a "fight gym" but you'll meet some of the kindest and most caring people here.
