Our facility is fully equipped and spacious, focused on providing a great environment for men and women who wish to participate in either competitive boxing or recreational boxing and kickboxing for fitness. Our facility has trainers and programs designed to assist you in participating in "The Sweet Science" at the level of intensity you feel comfortable in. If you just want to hit the heavy bag and jump rope or if you desire to step into the ring and take part in trainer supervised light contact sparring, the professional and safe environment of our gym is the place for you.
